Minnesota has a number
of online public charter schools. These schools must enroll and serve students
with disabilities as well as students without disabilities.
If your child with a disability attends an online school, what has been
your experience related to special education services?
We love the freedom to work when students are at their best. We love getting schoolwork completed without losing evenings to homework. Its not for everyone, though.

If the online school is a charter school, they must follow all the special education requirements including implementing the IEP for an eligible student.
